If you have received a personalised or customised product, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, unless the mistake was on our end. Please ensure that you have used the correct spelling when you are ordering a personalised item as this will not be able to be altered. The product will be made using the exact name or word that you have submitted.
We cannot offer returns on products that have been used or damaged, unless the fault was our own. Decals and labels cannot be returned once they have been used. Prints must remain in original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
If you would like to request a return products, this must be done within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. You must supply us with proof of purchase.
Please contact us to arrange an inspection of the product and let us know why it is unsuitable. We will then let you know if it is eligible for a return and refund. If the product is accepted for a refund, we will contact you and a refund will be added to the payment card used to purchase the item. You should receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card supplier.
Shipping on returns
If you are returning a product, you are responsible for the shipping costs. They are non-refundable, unless the mistake was ours. If you are unsure or have any queries about this, please contact us via email at email@example.com.
Do you provide International delivery?
At the moment, we ship to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We are hoping to expand to international countries such as United States, Canada, Europe, and more countries in the near future.
How do I return an item?

What is your returns policy?
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in good condition, unused and you must provide us with proof of purchase. Returns must be made within 10 calendar days of purchase. Personalised products are not eligible for returns. Decals can be returned, only if they remain unused.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, please use the tracking code. We use Royal Mail to post our products. You can enter the tracking code on the Royal Mail website. If you have difficulty with this, please contact us via email at email@example.com.
What are your delivery options?
Delivery charges depend on the option that you select at checkout. You can choose standard delivery (3-7 working days) or express delivery (1-3 working days). We aim to deliver within the set timeframes, however with the current pandemic there can sometimes be delays. If your order is delayed, please use your tracking code to track your package.
