We are all working hard through these difficult times to make sure that your product(s) get to you as soon as possible. However there may be occasions that your product is slightly delayed. We make sure to post your orders within the timeframe, however due to the current pandemic, the postal services are under a lot of pressure and this may result in delays. If this does happen, please use your tracking code and visit Royal Mail website. There will be a section that you can enter your tracking code and it will let you know if your product is on its way and how long is should take to arrive. You can also call Royal Mail and speak to a member of staff directly. If you have done this and are still worried about your order, please get in contact with us via our email address at jessiespressies@outlook.com and we will try our best to help you. 

Please remember in these uncertain times, everyone is doing the best that they can. Please try to be patient and kind if your order is taking longer than expected. While we aim to prevent this from happening, sometimes these things are out of our hands, but as always, we will try to help you.
