We make sure to post your orders within the timeframe, however due to the current pandemic, the postal services are under a lot of pressure and this may result in delays. If this does happen, please use your tracking code and visit Royal Mail website. There will be a section that you can enter your tracking code and it will let you know if your product is on its way and how long is should take to arrive. You can also call Royal Mail and speak to a member of staff directly.
