Returns and Exchange Policy
If you would like to return an item, you must do so in 10 calendar days, from the date of purchase.
Return postage must be paid for by the buyer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns on products that have been personalised unless you have received the wrong product. If you have misspelt on your personalised product, sadly we cannot process this as a refund, unless it was our mistake. Please make sure you have spelt everything correctly.
To start a return, you can contact us any time via email at email@example.com. Please do not send us a returned item without requesting a return as this will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately after you receive your product(s) if you notice that it is damaged or you have received the wrong item.
Please contact us with any issues, we want you to have the best shopping experience and if the problem is on our end, we want to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Non-refundable items include personalised products, decals that have been used, products that have been opened from original packaging, products that have been used or have been damaged. Every return case will be inspected and we let you know if you are eligible for a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have not received the refund, please contact your bank and check how long it should take.
